Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation or change of your registration must be done in writing to the organizer and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation of participation by the participant
- On or before 1 April 2025: 70% refund of fee with an administrative charge.
- After 1 April 2025: NO refunds will be issued.
- All refunds will be processed after Congress concludes.
Name changes/replacements
The name change will only be possible for confirmed and paid registrations.
- On or before 1 April 2025: replacements or name changes can be made free of charge.
- After 1 April 2025: replacements or name changes are subject to an administrative fee.
Non-attendance/no-show
Should a registered delegate not be able to attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
- Double payment/overpayment
- In case of double payment or overpayment, an administrative fee is applicable on the refund.
